Welcome to Tunmore Design and Build A recent survey has shown that thanks to the low interest rates, house prices are rising at the fastest pace for three years. Only a year ago in April 2009 house prices were at a record low due to the recession,  so this can only be welcome news for home owners. Despite the continuing north-south divide in the housing market,  this news obviously allays the fears of a 'double dip' in the housing market. For the south, however experts still say the future is 'hard to read'. Under recent planning changes more extensions can be undertaken without the need for local planning authorities permission, which is a matter always worth considering when proposing to extend or build a home. As we strive to beat the depths of the recession we continue to ensure that we provide an excellent service, both on site and from our office base. As ever, we expect the highest standards from every craftsman we use, to ensure the appropriate attention to detail is taken on every task big or small.
Green News: We are proud to support the Aldingboure Trust when we recycle our demolition timber, The cheerful chaps call when there is a truckload and we believe we save about one skip a month by doing this, which would otherwise go to general waste.
