The Heights, Sunnydown Court, Hendon Avenue, Rustington, W.Sussex

In Spring 2004 we commenced an unusual project, we believe the first in West Sussex, to construct four apartments on the footprint of the existing block which William Tunmore built in 1970. A structural survey was undertaken and with the agreement of the existing residents and with statutory permissions, work commenced.

The block is 100m from the seafront and all new apartments have sea views . Immediately to the north is Mewsbrook Park, an established, award winning park and lake. To the east is a beautiful Grade 2 listed building in it’s own grounds.
The style is contemporary with natural woods, roof light tubes, steel and glass balconies and stairways . The existing building, car park and grounds have been updated to reflect the contemporary style and includes automatic security gates.

Each new apartment has a 10 year NHBC Buildmark Warranty.
