Victorian terrace house.

The cottage is largely original apart from a ground floor bathroom added in later life.
The property has been fully renovated and restored, recycling materials back into the building where possible and working with traditional lime mortar to match it's original.

The bathroom is re-sited to the first floor and a new ground floor added. This enables the kitchen to be 'opened' up and a new window at the end added to enable the long rear garden to be viewed from house.

The bricks salvaged internally have been recycled into paviers to form the rear and front courtyards, saving landfill and carting from site. Thus helping to reduce the carbon footprint.

Fired earth paints have been used throughout with the colour scheme individually created by their designers.
